I founded ABCC in 2018 because it is my ambition to support the realisation of your development, expand your room for navigation and challenge you when required.

ABCC has been founded on more than 15 years of business experience. I have worked in several major private and public organizations with management consulting, organizational development and communications sparring.
My starting point as a coach and advisor is the open and respectful dialogue. There is room for reflection, joint study of what is occupying you, and the opportunity to act and create development. You get a conversation partner who listens and is trained to inquire about, for example, the experience or value that is important to you.

Background
I am a certified coach through EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). This means that I constantly receive supervision, education, etc. to ensure the quality. Furthermore, my Master in Business Coaching from Copenhagen Coaching Center is EQA accredited by EMCC. It is a stamp of quality and a guarantee that my education can be used internationally in companies, groups and organisations with roots and branches outside Denmark.
I initially have a communications professional background as Cand. Ling. Merc. from the Aarhus School of Business and a diploma in Communication from the Danish Media and Journalism College.
